Privacy, in
plain language.
We collect what you send us, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it to anyone. Everything below is the longer version of those three facts.

This policy is written to be read, not to be survived. If any part of it is unclear, write to privacy@nssonspharma.com and we will explain it in plain language.
What we collect
When you contact us through this site we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, organisation, country and the content of your message. We do not collect more than that, and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.
Why we collect it
To answer you. That is the whole purpose. If you submit a careers application we retain it so we can consider you for the role you applied to and for others that may suit you better. If you report an adverse event, we are legally required to record and, in defined circumstances, forward that report to the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question — if you subscribe to our updates, that is a separate and explicit choice you make.
How long we keep it
General enquiries are retained for two years. Careers applications are retained for three years unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Pharmacovigilance records are retained for the period required by pharmaceutical regulation, which is considerably longer and is not within our discretion.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no analytics that profile you across other sites. Fonts and photography are loaded from third-party providers (Google Fonts, Fontshare and Unsplash), which may receive your IP address as a technical consequence of serving those files.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except where retention is mandated by pharmaceutical regulation, in which case we will tell you plainly which record we cannot remove and why. Write to privacy@nssonspharma.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Enquiry data is held on access-controlled systems available only to the people who need it to do their job. We are not going to claim this makes it unbreakable, because no honest organisation can claim that. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
The small print,
written large.
Information on this site
The content here is provided for general information. Product information is not a substitute for the approved prescribing information in your market — availability, strengths and registration status vary by country, and the locally approved summary of product characteristics always takes precedence.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or a recommendation to use any product. Decisions about treatment belong to a qualified healthcare professional who knows the patient.
Forward-looking statements
Pipeline stages, commitment dates and capacity projections are estimates, subject to regulatory review, study outcomes and manufacturing readiness. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of a launch date or an outcome.
Intellectual property
Brand names, logos and site content are the property of NS-Sons Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated. Photography on this site may be licensed from third-party providers.

Reporting a safety concern
If you have experienced or observed a suspected adverse reaction to an NS-Sons product, please report it to pv@nssonspharma.com or call +92 21 3506 0099, monitored 24 hours a day. An incomplete report is far better than no report — full reporting guidance
