Come and make
something that counts.

We will not tell you we are a family or that we are looking for rockstars. Here is what is true instead: the work is demanding, the standards are higher than the regulation requires, and what you make ends up in the hands of someone who needed it and could afford it. If that trade appeals to you, we should talk.

Why here

The work is
hard. The point
is obvious.

We are not going to tell you we are a family, that we work hard and play hard, or that we are looking for rockstars. You have read that page before and it told you nothing.

Here is what is actually true. The work is demanding and frequently unglamorous. The standards are higher than the regulation requires, which means you will occasionally be asked to redo something that would have passed. The quality unit can stop your line and you will not be able to overrule them, because that is the entire architecture of the company and it is not up for negotiation.

In exchange: what you make ends up in the hands of someone who needed it and could afford it, and you will be able to point at exactly which part of that was your doing. Most jobs cannot offer that. If it matters to you, this is a good place to be.

What we offer

Six things, and
none of them are
a ping-pong table.

Each of these is verifiable. Ask about any of them in your interview and you will get a straight answer, including where we fall short.

01

Wages above the floor

We pay above the statutory minimum at every grade, including on the line. A company that argues for affordable medicine while underpaying the people who make it is not making an argument — it is making an excuse.

02

Real safety, not reported safety

Our incident numbers are what actually happened. Near-misses are logged without consequence to the person reporting, because a safety record you cannot trust is worse than none.

03

Health cover that includes family

Comprehensive medical cover extending to spouse, children and dependent parents. It would be difficult to explain otherwise.

04

Training that assumes competence

Structured development for every grade, including operators. We treat a line operator as a professional whose judgement matters, because on a difficult Thursday it does.

05

The right to stop the line

Every employee, at any grade, has the documented authority to halt production over a quality concern — and formal protection from any consequence for using it.

06

Work that is legible

You will be able to explain what you did to someone outside the industry, and they will understand why it mattered. This is rarer than it should be.
