If you have experienced or observed a suspected adverse reaction to any NS-Sons product, please tell us. It is the single most useful thing anyone outside this company can do for the patients who come after you.
What to include
- — Product name and batch number, if available
- — A description of the reaction and when it began
- — The patient's age and sex (no name required)
- — Any other medicines being taken at the time
- — Your contact details, if you are willing to be reached
An incomplete report is far better than no report. Send what you have.
Reporting a suspected adverse reaction does not imply that the medicine caused it. All reports are assessed by our pharmacovigilance team and, where required, forwarded to the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. This channel is not a substitute for emergency medical care — if the situation is urgent, contact a physician immediately.
